Primeiras impressões da Kotaku:

A "great ride" with the reviewer undoubtedly stating "Killzone fans, action, and shooter fans of any stripe will instantly tag this sequel as a powerful contender for the best game of 2009."

The author laments the lack of a cooperative mode and calls the voice acting "very mediocre, occasionally bordering on placeholder performances masquerading as final cuts", it praises Killzone 2's refusal to adopt "forced futuristic paradigms" and the scenery as "incredibly well detailed."

O tão aguardado FPS da Guerrilla Games, Killzone 2, parece ter impressionado James Stevenson, gestor de comunidades da Insomniac.
"Cheguei ao final de Killzone 2 esta noite e na realidade é impressionante. Eu sei que haverá muitos comentários, opiniões... mas para mim o jogo é divertido."
"A minha parte preferida do jogo foi quando apanhamos uma determinada arma." Ficamos sem saber qual a arma pois ele não referiu.
Killzone 2 é de facto um dos grandes jogos para 2009 e uma das grandes apostas da Sony, o jogo já recebeu 5/5 da Revista Oficial PlayStation Americana e brevemente todos saberemos se realmente corresponderá às expectativas.

I've finished the game in the afternoon. My playtime was 5:50 on the second difficulty setting, I've literally rushed through it (I've a deadline tomorrow) so it must be at least 9 hours for everyone else. Personally, I dislike the ending, but it's an unquestionable truth that this is a remarkable achievement in it's genre and it's a fantastic game overall. Can't say more, sorry.
